Pinpoint Properties has extensive experience in the ground-up development process and is effective at converting raw land into entitled property. The portfolio of completed projects includes:

  • Kitt Creek Office Park

    is a 6 building, 60,000 sf office/retail condominium project started in 2004 and completed in 2008 just outside of RTP. All units have been sold.
  • Westover Place Office Park

    consists of 2 buildings and 20,000 sf in south Durham and was constructed in 2005 and sold out in 2007.
  • Coorsdale Office Park

    is a 3 building complex in Cary, NC. The first 29,000 sf building is completed and 100% sold. The second building consists of a 26,000 sf build to suit for the GSA (FBI) and delivered in 2009. The remaining building pad allows for 24,000 sf.
  • Davis Grove Office Park

    10 acres site successfully rezoned to allow for Daycare, Office and Self Storage. The Daycare and Self Storage components have been sold to development specialists in these fields. Construction of 3 buildings totaling 30,000 sf has been completed.
  • Brier Creek Mixed Use

    A 157,000 sf conditioned self storage facility along w/ 15,000 sf of office and 14,000 of Retail was successfully rezoned and site plan approved.
  • TLE Daycare

    12,500 sf Daycare facility for a national franchise near RTP. Project was delivered on budget and on schedule and was sold to the tenant in 4Q09.
  • Kitt Creek Commons shopping center

    is a 57,000 sf neighborhood center that has been rezoned and site plan approved. First phase of construction for AAA Car Care center is complete along with the sale of 2 outparcels. Future construction awaiting pre-leasing.

  • Additionally, Pinpoint Properties has completed the following acquisitions:

  • Heritage Office

    conversion of a 74,000 sf Class A office building in Wake Forest, NC was completed in 2012 with condo sales under way.
  • North Quarter Office

    conversion of a 72,000 sf Class A and Class B office park consisting of 5 buildings was completed in 2012 with sales and leasing continuing.
  • Shoppes at Greenway

    acquisition of a 32,000 sf unanchored shopping center in North Raleigh was completed in 2013 and tenant reposition and facility improvements are underway.
  • Fuquay Village

    acquisition of the remaining unsold portion of office condos in Fuquay-Varina was completed in late 2013 with leasing and sales underway.
  • Exploris Building

    Downtown Raleigh, NC. A 17,500 sf multi use building. The project is being repositioned from school use into an office project and has been sold to a local investor.
  • Creekstone Crossings

    a 59,000 sf retail/office building in RTP, NC. The project was successfully converted to condominium ownership and is fully sold.
  • Hopson Flex

    acquisition and repositioning of a 50,000 sf flex building in RTP is actively underway.
  • Quail Field Flex Condos

    conversion of a 15,000 sf flex building in Morrisville, NC into condominiums and sale to Tenant occurred in 2011.
  • Cloverleaf Office Park

    in Richmond, VA. Consist of 6 buildings and 67,000 sf. Extension renovations and repositioning has occurred and project sold.
  • Bali Queen Shopping Center

    Morehead City, NC – 39,000 sf shopping center acquired in January 2008. Exterior renovation and re-tenanting is underway.
